5 things to remember when you feel depressed. 


Once in a blue moon we people (no matter what) may feel depressed. The reason can be heart-break, bone break, or anything 😉
But there are several things that can cheer us up. Here are few :-

1- IT HAPPENS TO EVERYONE. 
You should remember that no-one, really no-one is exempted from sadness.
Whether you're a CEO or an unemployed youth, you will once in your lifetime go through a depressing phase. But you just have to remember that you are not alone.

2- THIS SHALL PASS TOO. 
You might be depressed for a long time but eventually things will fall into place.
You will get it back together some day may be not today but one day for sure.
Just wait for it.

3- WORK THROUGH IT. 
You may find yourself stuck in a loop and living in a labyrinth. But you must go slow and help yourself achieve what you desire.
Work through the depressed state gradually and not all at once. And you will find yourself getting out of it.

4- DO NOT PUSH YOUR LIMITS. 
Do not, I repeat do not feel bad about laying in bed all day. You might be lazy today but you have to achieve one victory at once.
Remember that if you feel bad about yourself you may lower your self esteem and eventually feel more sad.

5- SAY NO TO SELF HARM 
Self harm is a big NO.
Try to stay calm and composed. 
Help yourself rather than being harsh about the fact that you doing nothing.
Achieve small.
